October 24, 2024 Line Break

On Monday, October 21, 2024, ARROW Utilities was notified of a force main break in our system south of the intersection of HWY 216 (Anthony Henday) and St. Albert Trail. There are no resulting risks to area businesses and residences.

We are currently using both our lagoon system and our partnership with EPCOR to divert the transmission of wastewater and have commenced removing standing water. Flushing and remediation plans will commence shortly.

During the week of October 28, 2024, we will be working with Stantec to identify required repairs and Sureway Construction to schedule the work. During the completion of the repair, we will begin area restoration with guidance from Spencer Environmental.

A copy of our 7-day letter submitted to Alberta Environment and Protected Areas can be located here: 7-Day Letter

Thank you.
