Reporting a spill or odour?
We want to hear from you if you suspect there is a problem. Early detection is critical to reduce environmental and resident/business impact. Transmission issues can be identified in a variety of ways, such as:
- Strong odours
- Sinkholes
- Atypical standing water
- An exposed manhole
If you observe or smell something that you think is amiss, please contact our control room that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 780-416-9967. We will send an operator out to investigate as quickly as possible.
